MODEL CONSENT & ONE-TIME PORTFOLIO AGREEMENT

Between:
Articulorum (the Platform) and the undersigned Model.

1. ONE-TIME FEE

I agree to pay a one-time, non-recurring fee of €2.50
for the submission and publication of my portfolio on Articulorum.com

This payment is strictly one-time and grants me access to the private talent database until 31 December 2026.

2. IMAGE CONSENT & LICENSE

I hereby grant Articulorum a non-exclusive, royalty-free license to publish, display, and promote my photographs, name, and basic profile information on the website articulorum.com and associated platforms for the purpose of talent discovery.

This consent is valid until 31 December 2026.

3. DECLARATION

By signing this agreement I confirm that:

  • I am over 18 years old (or have parental consent if under 18)
  • I voluntarily submit my images and data
  • I understand Articulorum is a presentation platform and not an agency
  • I give explicit permission for my images to be shown to potential industry professionals and UHNWI’s
  • I have received and understood the €2.50 one-time fee condition
